Returns/Exchanges:

Refunds:
Refunds are only given if there is an error on Rose Gold Boutique's behalf and if contacted within 48 hours of receipt of order via email therosegoldboutique@yahoo.com.
Shipping:
Items are shipped within 1-2 business days from order date/ via USPS Priority mail. Customers will receive an email (if provided) when orders ship. Priority mail takes 2-3 business days (including Saturday). Rose Gold Boutique is not held responsible for packages after they have shipped. Please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
Local Pickup:All local pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days (including weekend days) or the order will no longer be available for pickup and an invoice will be sent for shipping.
